成都品茶海选工作室品茶乐趣:134-3859-2327(蔚垫同步)从小到大,我对茶都有一种独特的,浓厚的感情。可能是因为我的家在安溪的清水岩上,家里世世代代种着铁观音茶,所以对茶有着这种感情。单是家里的后院外就种着一大片铁观音茶树。爷爷奶奶每年去收获,将茶叶烘干后除枝,再制成可以饮用的茶叶。每蓬客人来做客,爷爷与爸爸都会拿出茶具与亲手种的铁观音茶来泡茶招待客人。我看了心里很是羡慕,想着有一天可以亲手泡一壶茶。
Growing up, I had a unique, strong affection for tea. Maybe it’s because my home is on the Qingshui Rock in Anxi, and my family has grown Tieguanyin tea for generations, so I have this affection for tea. Just outside the backyard of the house, there is a large area of Tieguanyin tea trees. Grandparents go to harvest every year, dry the tea leaves, remove the branches, and then make drinking tea. Every time a guest comes to visit, grandpa and dad will take out tea sets and hand-grown Tieguanyin tea to make tea to entertain guests. I was very envious when I saw it, thinking that one day I could make a pot of tea with my own hands.
一天大人们都有事出门去了,这可是个尝试泡茶的好机会。俗话说:“心急吃不了热豆腐。”我虽然很多次看到了爷爷泡茶,但不懂的泡茶的诀窍,一下子就“碰壁”了。我先把水烧开,拿起茶壶,准备先将茶具消一下毒。一手拿着盖子,一边往茶壶中倒水,没想到水一下子倒到了自己的手上。我疼痛难忍,一下子使劲甩了一下手,盖子也掉到桌上。我吓了一大跳,那可是爷爷的爷爷传下来的茶具阿,我赶紧放下水壶,将盖子捡起来。幸好距离太短,盖子没碎,真是虚惊一场!

As the saying goes, “You can’t eat hot tofu in a hurry.” “Although I have seen my grandfather make tea many times, I don’t understand the trick of making tea, and I suddenly “hit a wall”. I boiled the water first, picked up the teapot, and prepared to detoxify the tea set first. Holding the lid in one hand, he poured water into the teapot, but he didn’t expect the water to pour into his hand at once. I was in excruciating pain, and I shook my hand so hard that the lid fell on the table. I was startled, it was a tea set handed down by my grandfather’s grandfather, and I quickly put down the kettle and picked up the lid. Fortunately, the distance was too short and the lid was not broken, what a false alarm!
这时爸爸恰好回来了,他见我手忙脚乱的样子,便给我示范,我学着他的样子,先往茶壶里注入水,清洗了一下茶具,倒掉水。然后打开一小袋茶叶放到茶具里面,冲入沸腾的开水,一股淡淡的烟雾腾空而起,一缕淡淡的茶香沁入心脾。我闭上眼睛,仿佛看到了高高的清水岩顶上,爷爷奶奶在采茶的树子,他们脸上堆满了微笑,那是一种收获的喜乐。一陈清风伴着茶香徐徐吹过,令人陶醉。睁开眼睛,只见茶叶的开水的浸泡下开始膨胀,茶水也变成浅绿色。我倒出一杯,品了一口,铁观音不像其它茶叶那么苦,淡淡的苦味只是轻轻掠过而已。茶水有一点点涩味,然后慢慢变成了甜味。而且经久不散,有种“余味绕舌”的感觉。

I closed my eyes, as if I saw the tree where my grandparents were picking tea on the top of the high clear water rock, and their faces were full of smiles, which was a kind of harvest joy. A fresh breeze blows slowly with the fragrance of tea, which is intoxicating. When I opened my eyes, I saw that the tea began to swell under the soaking of boiling water, and the tea also turned light green. I poured out a cup and tasted it, Tieguanyin was not as bitter as other teas, and the faint bitterness was just lightly brushed. The tea has a slight astringency and then slowly turns sweet. And it lasts for a long time, and there is a feeling of “aftertaste around the tongue”.
茶由苦变甜,其实这就是像我们的人生一样,都是先苦后甜的。茶只有经过沸腾的热水浸泡,才可以绽放出清香。人与茶一样,需要磨炼,才可以尝到成功的果实。品茶是一种乐趣,它有苦有甜,有香有色,而这乐趣,不会品茶的人是休会不到的。
